Aaron’s Gourmet Emporium is a glatt kosher gourmet caterer and glatt kosher meat market located in NY. We ship our food via UPS overnight. Please allow 2 business days after you place your order (preparation time) for the order to be shipped out.
We carry a complete line of USDA Prime Black Angus Aged Steer.

We also provide catering services for 5-500 people, full or partial service, off-premises or at home. Aaron’s Gourmet is also a producer of kosher turduckens. A turducken is a fully boneless stuffed hen (stuffed with a choice of stuffing: vegetable challah or rice with vegetables) which is stuffed into a fully boneless duck and then both are stuffed into a fully boneless turkey with the same stuffing. We also have Passover Turduckens made with Matzoh Farfel and Passover Vegetables Stuffing.
We have an extensive cooked menu. Among some of our cooked items are: buffalo stuffed cabbage, buffalo meatballs, organic steamed vegetables in garlic and ginger sauce, noodle puddings, many different souffles, superb dry salami and cervalet, gefilte fish and many of the same items that you would find in your average kosher deli.
