Sourcing and Quality
Are your meats organic and grass-fed?
We offer a wide selection of organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised meats and free-range poultry sourced from trusted farms. Please check each product's description for specific details.
Do you cut meat to order?
Yes. Every order is cut fresh after you place it, to your specifications for thickness, preparation, bone-in or boneless, and grind. Because each cut is made to order, weights are estimates and your final charge may reflect the actual packed weight.
What is Aaron's Gourmet known for?
We are the original creators of the Kosher Turducken, duck prosciutto, cervelat, turkey bacon, beef bacon and beef bresaola. We also carry rare and exotic kosher meats such as bison, venison and goose, plus dry-aged USDA Prime beef and American Kobe beef.
Ordering and Shipping
Does Aaron's Gourmet ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship perishable orders across the United States by UPS Next Day Air in insulated packaging. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from weight, box size, destination and handling. Some addresses or locations may not be eligible, and checkout shows the options for yours. See our shipping policy.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive the next business day after they ship. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Orders are packed to withstand up to 68 hours in transit.
Can I get my order faster?
You can request expedited preparation in the request field at checkout. It speeds up how quickly we prepare your order, not the carrier, because UPS Next Day Air is already our fastest service. We review requests within about 24 hours and, if approved, email you to accept the added fee. It can move delivery up by one business day but is not guaranteed.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
We strongly recommend that an adult be available. Packages can be left without a signature, and responsibility passes to you once UPS delivers. Refrigerate or freeze everything right away. Items may arrive partially frozen or cool to the touch, which is normal.
What if my order is late or arrives damaged?
Orders are packed to stay safe for up to 68 hours in transit. If your order hasn't arrived by then, or something is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the box and contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve it, which may include a refund or reshipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer local delivery in New York City?
Yes! We offer local delivery in New York City through customer-arranged Uber courier pickup.
At checkout, select Uber Delivery and choose your preferred ready-by window. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you by email or phone. You can then book an Uber courier to pick up your order from our store in Rego Park, Queens, and deliver it to your address.
Please call us with your courier's details so we can coordinate pickup and ensure your order is handed to the correct driver.
