Aaron’s Gourmet exists for people who refuse to compromise on what they eat.
We are a chef-owned butcher and kitchen based in Rego Park, New York, built on a simple principle we have lived by for over three decades: quality is everything. Long before online ordering and overnight shipping, we served our community the old fashioned way by knowing our products, knowing our customers, and doing things right without shortcuts.

We specialize in organic, pasture raised, and grass fed meats, alongside rare and exotic offerings including bison, venison, and goose. We are also the original creators of the Kosher Turducken, duck prosciutto, cervelat, turkey bacon, beef bacon, and beef bresaola, a distinction that reflects our long history of innovation within the kosher culinary world.

We work exclusively with trusted farmers and purveyors who share our commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and transparency. Our products are free from GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, and unnecessary additives, not because it is trendy, but because it is the right way to do things.
Inside our butcherie and kitchen, every detail reflects that same discipline. Our workspaces are stainless steel, our cutting boards are NSF approved, our cookware is non toxic, and our cleaning practices rely on plant based, food safe ingredients.
