Cancelling an Order
At Aaron's Gourmet, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our products being perishable, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:
- Order Preparation: Each product is prepared fresh to order once your purchase is confirmed. Once an order is in this stage, it cannot be stopped or canceled.
- Restocking Fee: If you still wish to cancel your order for any reason, a restocking fee of 30% or $30 for every $100 increment of the order will be applied.
- Delivery/Arrival: Customers must either wait for or arrange for someone to receive a shipped order. Once an order is shipped, someone must be present to receive the delivery, even if it arrives later than the scheduled time due to UPS delays.
Returning a Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt/pickup of the package.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused and in perfect, untouched condition for a return to be considered.
- Shipping Requirements: The product must be frozen and shipped back to us overnight for inspection. The buyer must pay shipping costs for returns.
- Credit Process: Once received and inspected, a full credit (minus original shipping cost & 30% restocking fee) will be granted if the product meets our return conditions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. In-store footage may be reviewed to verify the order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Note: Returns on gift cards are not accepted.
Late Delivery
Orders are packed to withstand 68 hours in transit. If your order is not received within 68 hours, we will file a claim with UPS/FedEx. We will then either refund your money or reship the order as per customer’s preference.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us.
