Pickup Policy

Aaron’s Gourmet prepares many products fresh to order based on your exact specifications, where available. To ensure product quality and a smooth pickup experience, please review the guidelines below.
Pickup Days & Hours
- Pickup is available Sunday through Friday during our regular business hours.
- We are closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays.
- Available pickup times reflect our operating schedule.
Pickup Timing
- You will be notified by email once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.
- All pickups must be completed at least one hour before closing.
- Because our products are perishable, orders must be picked up within a few hours of the designated pickup window; otherwise, the order will be placed into our freezer and can be picked up no later than a week after the pickup date.
Picking Up
All pickups require in-store pickup during business hours. Please allow extra time upon arrival, as wait times may vary during busy periods.
Packaging Options for Pickup
We offer the following packaging options based on travel time and order size:
Cooler Box – $15
Designed for longer travel times (up to 24 hours).
Insulated Cooler Bag – $10
Suitable for short trips (approximately 4–6 hours).
Please request the cooler box/bag on the cart page, if interested. We will update your invoice accordingly and send an update via email. You may also add Cooler Bags/Boxes to the cart as products, which can be found in the Merchandise tab.
Quality Commitment
All products are prepared to our highest quality and food safety standards. Once an order is picked up, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer or designated courier.
